Welcome to Coconuco Beach Resort. We are delighted to have you as our guest and want to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. To ensure a positive experience for all of our guests, we have established some general policies that we ask everyone to follow during their stay with us.
All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed through a valid reservation process.

We request that noise levels are appropriate. We are always aware of the policy of sharing for all, where personal taste cannot become the displeasure of other guests or visitors to the Hotel.
On the other hand, we do not accept the entry into the Hotel of food and drinks other than those that the resort offers to its guests as service and attention. In the midst of nature, in order to stay free of insects and rodents in the rooms, we must restrict food consumption in these areas. Likewise, smoking is not allowed in common areas and rooms of the Hotel, however, we allow it in outdoor areas.
We have an open beach and pool without restrictions. The sea on Palomino beaches is changeable and it will be the responsibility of each guest to determine the risk of entering it. The flags arranged on the beach line are a guide:
The hotel has a free parking area. The Hotel holds us responsible for objects left inside the vehicles, nor for damages caused by third parties.
It is of great importance that older adults always be aware of the minors who accompany them in order to guarantee their safety and well-being.
On the other hand, all pets must have an up-to-date vaccination card.
The rooms have safe deposit boxes. The Hotel will not be responsible for articles, documents and cash that have not been deposited in them. The Hotel's staff team will always be ready to provide information on its use and management. Accessories or larger equipment please register them at the Reception. It should be noted that the loss of the key, both to the room and to the safe deposit box, will cost the Guest 90,000 COP.
Wifi service is free for our guests. However, it is important to note that due to the geographical location of the resort, there may be limitations in the Palomino area regarding the internet signal, making it difficult to provide better connectivity service.
The water resource in the region is CRITICAL, so it is of utmost importance to be very careful and efficient in its consumption in all possible ways. The water in taps and faucets is treated, but not drinkable, so guests are recommended not to consume it. Please only consume bottled water. It is important to take this into account when using showers in rooms, outdoors and common areas.
The resort has appropriate towels for use in the rooms, pool and beach, please use the corresponding one and take care of it during your stay, it will be an important contribution to our campaign for the consumption of this vital resource. It is also important to rationalize the use of towels, especially those that we have for swimming pools and the beach.
On the other hand, we respectfully request that you do not throw toilet paper or other items inside the toilets. The rooms have bins arranged for this purpose; They clog and cause serious problems to our wastewater management systems.
